pesim central update not working

I recently purchased LFBZ MSFS2020 via Simmarket.
As instructed, I first started the locator wich succesfully found my MFSF. I then installed PE central and finally installed the airport that I downloaded from Simmarket.
The installation went fine but when the installer tried to launch PE central a commandwindow popped up with an error message. It was closed again immedaitely so I could not read the error.
I started PE-central manually to update LFBZ. In teh top right I noticed there was 1 notification about the update to v1.1. When I click on the 'Update' button, nothing happens however.
FBBZ is installed in my community folder but it stays version 1.0

Hello,
Do you have the PESIM Central V2.1 ?
Did you lanch the setup from your C/ desktop (right click as an admin)

*remember > Do not uncheck the lanch box a the end of products setup , it activates our services
If still an issue , please send us an email with screens from your paths and more .

Do you have the PESIM Central V2.1 ?
Did you lanch the setup from your C/ desktop (right click as an admin)

can I get a refund? You seem to have spent a huge amount of time worrying about piracy. I just don't have the time to sit and spend half a day updating your product. your limitations on a C drive do not work for me. I don't want to have your product on my C drive.

Hello,
You can install our products on any disk.
Just the setup , locator and PESIM Central needs to be lanched from a C drive and PESIM Central install on a C drive.
For the rest you can install it where you want.
If you need support , please write us an email.

This has to be the most terrible and time consuming install experience ever.
The only thing I'm sure off is that I will stay clear off any more of your products in the future.
What's is the point of all of this, to piss off your customers? Well you have succeeded in doing that.

Can you explain your issue please or open a support ticket
Maybe try to shutdown your antivirus.
We are in process to update our setups to simplified and not use PESIM locator but I am not sure what is your actual issue since last message
You can also buy our products on market place and you will not need our setups
By the way open a support ticket or explain here your issue . We will do our best to help or find a solution adapted to your issue .
