PESIM Central does not recognize all bought airports anymore

Hello, i am using the latest PESIM central software with admin rights and have been checked my MSFS airports from Pilot Experience Sim two weeks before. BIIS, LFBD and LFMT were updated during that process. Today, i start the app and none of my bought airports was recognized as already bought? The airports are still installed in the community folder. What suddenly is going wrong? Thanks for reply in advance and regards, Claus-Peter.

The only reason for PESIM can do this is you've manually moved the sceneries or you didn't install as required.

When you install one of our product you need absolutely to not uncheck the lanch product box at the end of the setup or products will not be detected.

When you did that you aslo need to not move manually our product folder.

Wht you can do is :
-uninstall from windows panel
-Verify the community folder and delete PESIM product folder still here.
-Install product as recommanded
-Use PESIM Central on your C: desktop.

Hello and thanks for reply. It is very strange, 14 days before (and the times before) all was fine, function properly and no scenery was moved (the oldest product is LFTZ from December 2020).
Nevertheless, I will reinstall all the sceneries and report back here. Bye, Claus-Peter

Yes all should work as before .
Think to reboot PESIM Central after each auto Central auto update.
Please report and then we will do an investigation on your issue by  email.

Hello, all the sceneries have been installed again, but with the PESIM Central software V2.1.2 only, the installed sceneries shows in the right matter (the V2.1.2 comes with scenery packages from Simmarket). At the first start, the central software performs an update and after a restart, none of the sceneries will be recognized as already bought. Therefore i decided to install the PESIM central V2.1.2 again and update my airports from you. In my case and after a restart of the then newest Version of the PESIM central software, my airports are not recognized again.

The fact is now PESIM Central is on version 2.1.3 .

When on Desktop of a C/ drive without being behind a VPN , PESIM Central  do an auto update , and after a reboot of the Central you should see V2.1.3 by clicking on the logo.

The last PESIM Central working setup can also be found in PESIM Central /Utilities /Pilot Experience Sim Central /Links and you can install it over the previous version.

However something sounds curious , you should absolutely not uncheck the lanch product box at the end of the setups or Central will not see your airports.
When you don't uncheck the lanch product box at the end of the setup, you see a black command prompt screen for a second activating our products.
Setups needs to be lanched from an internal drive with a right click > execute as an admin.

The system is working perfectely so i think you did something wrong and we need to understand what .
Can you confirm where PESIM Central is installed , it can't be on an external drive or other than a C/ default drive

-Windows control panel shows PESIM products installed
-Your community folder shows the complete path and our sceneries
-The inside of a PESIM scenerie folder shows the files

Problem solved by email support

The user have lanched PESIM Central or setup from an external Hard drive and like described on FAQ and installation and working post , it can't work like this

Setups and PESIM Central needs to be lanched from internal drive and the best is that PESIM Central needs to be on desktop of a C/ drive
