can no longer install maule

Hi
have purchased Pilot Experience Sim Maule  through inibuilds but when I open now inimanager then there is no product in my name at all. Also no see order or anything at all as if I hadn't bought Maule.
I also don't see a place to download and install this Pecsim Central.
