Feature/Improvements Request

As far as I'm aware, This is PESIM's first aircraft. That being said, I think the model and interior look excellent. But given that it's a Payware aircraft, I think there's room for greater enhancements in terms of features and other things.

Here's what I'd really like to see in subsequent updates.

-- Clipboard's UI can be improved; as it stands, the clipboard appears too flat and uninteresting.
-- Detachable cowling for engine exposure
-- Realism and failures in relation to engines, such as....
----- Oil consumption
----- Plug Fouling
----- Overall engine wear
-- Ability TO Ancher the aircraft, airplane tie downs to secure the aircraft in windy situations or when not in use.

The effort you guys put into this airplane is greatly appreciated, and I genuinely like flying it, Nevertheless, I think the aforementioned new features, coupled with some performance upgrades, would make this airplane stand out more and draw a lot of attention.

The actual clipboard is here to use the initial important features but will be change in a EFB with many more features
