LFTZ river & ATC question

Hi Guys,
Your LFTZ is very atmospheric and enjoyable, so, a big thanks to start with.
I have 2 issues; River next to the runway is dry (sorry, can't post pic being a new member) and no ATC (just UNICOM).
Is it something from my side? I have the Simmarket version updated to 1.3 according to PESIM-Central.

Yes because it is dry in real exept in flood times.

We will investigate ont the ATC , thanks for the feedback
