Elevation issue

If you have an elevation issue with one of our scenery or others, it's because you have moved some files to another drive or bad install your mesh.
1.Check and change layer order as recommended, it should work with all mesh.
2.Edit our xml and give a higher layer value (number) than ORBX ones..
