New Ticketing support system Empty New Ticketing support system

Important changes are in place and our support.


This announcement is very important.
Please note that our support is only done via Ticket support from now !
You will find the support ticket link on our site, our forum.
https://support.pilot-experience-sim.fr
The link will be progressivment added on the user manuals as well.
You can also write an email to feedback.pesim@gmail.com which will automatically open a ticket but we advise you to go through the ticket interface instead.
You will have to indicate when creating a ticket; the name of the product, the version installed and provide the license or proof of purchase when the product is purchased on the market place.
Any support request on the email pilot.experiencesim@gmail.com now reserved for management will be answered by opening a support ticket.
