No Serial Number Empty No Serial Number

Hello. I bought 3 Pilot Experience Sim scenarios together (Inibuilds Stor order 44602). For Ajaccio and Montpellier I have related serial numbers, while for Bordeaux I do not have the serial in my orders and therefore I cannot install it.
How can I solve it? Thanks

Hello,
We do not manage Inibuilds account.
They have our serial database for Bordeaux LFBD so you need to ask them why .
Please come back to us when you have it.
